Success Engine actively looks for businesses that may benefit from a professional website or other business services. This information may include a business name, website address, phone number, email address, business location, and the names or professional contact information of business owners or publicly identified business contacts. We may use this information to identify businesses that may benefit from our services and to reach out to them. We do not sell or rent personal information collected through these activities.

Success Engine builds and hosts websites for business customers. Those websites may allow visitors to submit information through contact forms, quote-request forms, appointment requests, email links or similar features. When Success Engine hosts or maintains a Client website, we may process information submitted through that website as necessary to provide hosting, maintenance, security, technical support and related services.
The business operating the website is generally responsible for deciding what information it collects from its customers and what privacy disclosures apply. Success Engine does not use information submitted through a Client’s contact form for its own unrelated marketing purposes simply because we provide the hosting service.
Where included as part of a website, Success Engine may provide contact or quote forms that allow visitors to send inquiries directly to the applicable business. Success Engine may process those submissions as part of providing the website and hosting service. The business Client is responsible for monitoring incoming inquiries and responding to its customers.
Success Engine may use cookies and similar technologies when necessary to operate our website, maintain security, remember preferences, understand website usage, or improve website performance. You can control or restrict cookies through your browser settings, though some essential website functions may not operate properly if certain cookies are disabled. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for cookies, Success Engine will provide the appropriate mechanism.
Advanced website analytics and reporting are not automatically included in the standard Success Engine $500 website package. Additional analytics and tracking services may be added when specifically requested or purchased.
When analytics services are specifically enabled, additional information about website visitors may be collected according to the applicable analytics service and configuration used. Where analytics are enabled, the applicable website may require additional privacy disclosures or consent mechanisms depending on the services used and applicable law.
Success Engine may use AI-assisted tools as part of its website production process to help develop website wording, improve readability, organize information, create search-engine-friendly content, generate ideas and improve production efficiency. We do not intentionally provide unnecessary sensitive personal information to AI-assisted tools.
Please do not provide Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords, medical information or other highly sensitive personal information through our standard onboarding forms or communications unless we specifically request it and provide an appropriate method for doing so.
We take reasonable measures to protect information in our possession against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Security measures may include HTTPS and SSL/TLS encryption, secure transmission of information, access controls, professionally managed hosting infrastructure, network and application security protections, monitoring for unusual or malicious activity, secure website deployment practices and reasonable administrative safeguards.
No Internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot promise that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, lost or destroyed as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Customer and project information may be retained while services are provided and for a reasonable period afterward. Financial and transaction records may be retained as necessary for accounting, tax, legal or business purposes. Success Engine primarily serves businesses. When you provide business information to us as a Client, some of that information may be publicly available business information rather than personal information. We nevertheless treat information associated with identifiable individuals with reasonable care and use it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. Businesses using Success Engine to host their websites remain responsible for their own customer-facing privacy practices and policies.
Success Engine is primarily operated for businesses in the United States. If you access our website or services from outside the United States, your information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Where applicable law provides additional rights, Success Engine will address those rights as required by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our business, services, technology or legal obligations change.
